Renovations were undertaken across multiple laboratory spaces to accommodate new research equipment and bring the facilities up to modern standards. This included the addition of essential utilities such as upgraded power and gas infrastructure to support the operational requirements of the new instrumentation.

To refresh the existing lab environment while maximizing value, original casework was refinished and paired with new countertops, fixtures, and sinks. Room finishes were updated throughout, giving the renovated spaces a clean, contemporary appearance.

Several new specialty gas cylinders were introduced, supported by banks of cylinder stands and automatic switchover systems to ensure uninterrupted supply. Localized exhaust systems were also installed to safely ventilate equipment with specific ventilation needs, enhancing both safety and functionality.
