In need of renovation, the existing office suite, elevator lobby and common corridors were modernized by providing new lighting, flooring, wall finishes, millwork and open collaboration areas / dining areas. The oversized conference room was divided to provide additional seating in the break room and the under-utilized copy area was converted into collaborative seating areas.
