The new QA/QC operations laboratory will support refinery production and provide required federal, state, and industry testing for all out-going chemical product shipments via rail, truck, and pipeline. With an on-site oxidizer, fire detention pond, radio tower and large yard, the building serves to showcase the large, shared laboratories by providing visual connections between the visitor areas and the workspaces.
