The 25,000-square-foot product sampling laboratory is a state-of-the-art facility housing three distinct labs, collectively equipped with 28 fume hoods, 70 gas chromatographs, snorkels, hydraulic presses, pelletizers, and extruders. Designed for both performance and efficiency, the labs are supported by redundant exhaust systems and a Variable Air Volume (VAV) control system to optimize energy use. High-purity gas generators serve the laboratory spaces, ensuring consistent performance for sensitive analytical work.

Precision Architecture partnered with lead architect Gensler to support laboratory programming, design, and comprehensive equipment planning. As the client required a fully turn-key solution, all analytical equipment was included within the project scope. PA collaborated closely with Gensler and Harvey to specify laboratory instrumentation aligned with ASTM methods and ISO standards—ensuring seamless integration of systems and industry-compliant performance from day one.
