This two-phase project was carefully planned and executed to ensure seamless construction within an active, fully occupied facility. In Phase One, two prefabricated Grade B cGMP cleanrooms were installed with minimal disruption to operations. Phase Two followed with the construction of four additional stick-built Grade B cleanrooms, along with associated locker rooms, mechanical spaces, and warehouse storage. A new rooftop unit was added to support the expanded infrastructure, with structural reinforcements and a coordinated crane lift ensuring a safe and efficient installation.
