As Half Baked Goodness outgrew its home-based baking operation, the business needed to establish multiple new locations across the greater Houston area. Each site was designed to include essential kitchen infrastructure, such as grease traps, three-compartment sinks, and specialized ventilation systems for the ovens. Additionally, the layout incorporated administrative spaces and designated customer pickup areas to ensure a seamless flow between production and service.
